Bulgaria has pointed an accusing finger at the Lebanese armed group Hezbollah over a bus bombing last July that killed five Israeli tourists.
If true, it would not be the first time the group staged attacks abroad.
Raffaello Pantucci, of the Royal United Services Institute, says Hezbollah was linked to an attack on a Jewish centre in Argentina in 1994.
