If you haven't taken the time to watch the Gmail fax video, take a few minutes now and do just that. Sending a fax from Google is much easier than you think, but you do have to know the proper set up sequence.
First, you going to need a Gmail account from Google. My guess is, you probably Already have that or you wouldn't be googling around for "Gmail fax".
Second, you're going to need an online fax number. There are several companies that you can choose from, you can pick the best of them from here. http://www.fax-number.net
