What bankruptcy forms do I need and where can I find them?
If your looking to file bankruptcy by yourself, without an attorney, there is a number of different locations where you can find the correct paperwork.
The first is to go to the U.S. Trustee's website which is at trustees.gov.
Another is to go to an actual bankruptcy court itself. In the State of Arizona there are two bankruptcy courts. There is a bankruptcy court in Tucson and there is a bankruptcy court in Phoenix.You will then ask for the Clerk of the Court and ask for forms to fill out to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy.
