Al Qarra – In charge of Libya’s security, the new Interior Minister admitted his difficulties. He recognized that there was no concrete plan to disarm militiamen who refused to join Libyan police.
Ashour Shuail was recently appointed by Prime Minister Ali Zeidan.
Shuail is now facing the great challenge of disarming the country.
