A gangrape victim was driven to consume poison in front of a judge in Gujarat after her fight for justice for over 5 years bore absolutely no result. The Police had even failed to register an FIR when she had 1st made a complaint in 2007. The Victim is now recovering in a Govt hospital and her family demanding that her case be fast tracked to ensure that those guilty are punished.
