Boston Mayor Menino respects voters on medical marijuana

After years of trying to block the annual MassCann/NORML Boston Freedom Rally, Boston's Mayor Tom Menino supports the will of the voters in his city on medical marijuana passing with big numbers via 11/2012 Ballot Initiative.
