1. Steam / Settings / Audio - Change Device (by setting as default) something which isn't your skype microphone (if you dont have anything else to set as default then install VAC) - click OK
2. In Recording Devices in Taskbar change Default device back to your Skype Microphone
3. Check Fraps has the correct microphone selected in record external input and restart if necessary
4. Check Skype has correct microphone selected
