Security cameras recorded the heart stopping moment when a 51-year-old woman fainted and fell onto the tracks in Madrid's metro system.
An off-duty police officer reacted quickly and got the woman off the tracks, while other passengers motioned to the driver of the oncoming train to stop.
She was treated in hospital for minor injuries.
