A coordinated attack involving suicide bombers and a powerful car bomb has hit the headquarters of the Kabul traffic department.
This was followed by a clash between insurgents and security forces.
The Taliban have claimed responsibility for the attack, which comes less than a week after six suicide bombers blew themselves up at the Afghan spy agency in Kabul, killing two people.
