An 8-year-old helps reunite elderly siblings.

A recent heartwarming reunion brought two siblings together after 65 years.

Missouri resident, Betty Billadeau and her brother Clifford Boyson were young children when they were placed in different foster homes in Chicago. Clifford, who now lives in Iowa had been searching for his long lost sister for nearly 60 years. Desperate, he asked his 8-year-old neighbor for help.

The young boy began searching online and it took him only one week to locate Betty on Facebook by using her maiden name. Thanks to the efforts of the determined second grader, the two elderly siblings were able to finally reunite.

The brother-sister duo finally talked via online video. In late 2011, another brother and sister were able to reunite after an astounding 80 years apart.

Since 1931, 84-year-old Doris and her 87-year-old brother Richard finally met in person. The siblings had been separated at a very young age, after their mother passed away and they were placed into different homes.
