A man plows through a restaurant and orders a pizza.
Drive throughs can be quite eventful.
An elderly man in Lincoln, Nebraska reportedly drove right through a pizza restaurant.
The vehicle plowed right through the front door. Although no one was injured, emergency crews were called to the scene to assist with the wreck.
What the driver did next was quite bizarre: he ordered some food while waiting for firefighters.
A witness at the scene stated “The gentleman said his foot had stuck on the gas and he was going to go ahead and order some pizza, so he wasn't too upset it about evidently, but it sure was a surprise to us.”
The male driver was taken to the hospital solely as a precaution. No word yet if he got to bring his pizza with him.
In 2010, another driver rammed through a restaurant. The 92-year-old male driver drove right through a dining business in Port Orange, causing $25,000 worth of damage.
Then the elderly man calmly got out of the car and walked in the restaurant. He ordered his breakfast and asked if anyone was hurt.
Once he was informed that everybody was all right, he began eating. After his meal, he was cited for careless driving.
