A woman vows to eat only Starbucks food for one year.

Many New Year’s resolutions include losing weight, which means staying out of places like Starbucks.

One woman is taking the opposite approach.

Her legal name is Beautiful Existence and she vows to consume food and beverages only from Starbucks for the entire year. Furthermore, she wants to record her experience and in turn depict how communities benefit from the business.

She states “The company pays good benefits for part-time workers. That's where my money is going.” The woman keeps all of her receipts and claims that she averages out to a little under $19 per day for nourishment from Starbucks.

She frequently creates year-long programs for herself. Sometime back, she spent an entire year only shopping at Goodwill stores.

Surprisingly her Starbucks diet may have an additional benefit.

Last year, a Virginia woman claimed she lost around 75 pounds by consuming most of her meals from Starbucks.
For two years, Christine Hall, a law librarian, ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the nearby coffee giant. Hall said it fit her busy schedule and she could easily track her calories since nutritional information is available on all the items offered.
