I HAD THE SANDLESS SERVICE AND THE RESULTS WERE EXCELLENT!! Would like to recommend Michael Petak from Mr. Sandless and his assistant Sebastian. He offers a sandless and a sanding floor refinishing service and also installation of new flooring. He will help the customer chose the right finish based on budget and condition of the existing floor. I had the sandless service and the results were excellent! Michael approached the job with professionalism and a made sure the floor was refinished as best it possibly could be to the point of perfectionism. Ms. Thurston
