MIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi made a provocative, inflammatory speech nearly 10 days ago, but the Andhra Pradesh government has failed to take any action against him even as the hatemonger holidays in London. In fact, the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister finds the case laughable. That is not all, the state DGP offered a ridiculous explanation and countered the blame of delay in the case, calling the inaction natural. It was only after a petition by a lawyer that the courts were forced to step in and direct the police to file an FIR against the leader. Meanwhile, there is a huge political and public outcry to bring Akbaruddin back to India so that he can face the law.
