In a debate moderated by TIMES NOW's Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami, panelists -- Prahalad Singh Gillankhera, Chief Parliamentary Secretary & Fatehabad MLA; Sumit Verma, Advocate; Neha Gupta, Advocate; Ankit Sharma, Geetika's younger brother; Kiran Bedi, former IPS officer -- discuss Haryana Minister Shiv Charan Sharma calling suicide victim Geetika Sharma a "servant" of Gopal Kanda, and the super-arrogance of another Haryana politician Prahalad Singh Gillankhera who supported Kanda in his crime.

Haryana Minister for Labour and Employment Shiv Charan Sharma, Chief Parliamentary Secretary & Fatehabad MLA Gillankhera and Panipat MLA OP Jain attended a function in Sirsa on Dec 29 to celebrate the birthday of former state minister Gopal Kanda who is in jail for his alleged involvement in the suicide of former air hostess Geetika Sharma. Shiv Charan Sharma landed in a controversy when he called suicide victim Geetika Sharma a "servant" of Gopal Kanda. "This isn't such a big case. He (Kanda) appointed her (Geetika) as a servant by mistake," Sharma, a Congress leader, said. Prahalad Singh Gillankhera claimed Kanda would soon be proved innocent and he would join as a minister in Haryana cabinet. The three MLAs praised Kanda in the event attended by a large number of supporters. The celebrations were marked by a 'hawan' and a health camp.
