A cop saves a baby in a runaway shopping cart incident.

A cop in Spooner Wisconsin, Adam Brunclik recently saved a baby. On a recent Sunday morning, he was the only patrol officer on duty.

He has been approaching a highway when he noticed a shopping cart with a baby, rapidly descending towards the road from a Dollar General parking lot. Adam stated “I just activated my emergency lights and drove the squad on the highway in hopes of trying to stop traffic, it was my only option at that point.”

He was then able to run after the cart and grab the male child, who was thankfully unharmed. Apparently the mother had been placing her other child in the car when the shopping cart rolled away from her.

Adam received a commendation from the police department for his quick thinking and potentially lifesaving act.
Earlier this year, a cop saved a 6-week-old baby’s life. The family of the infant had been at home when they realized the child was not breathing.

They frantically got into the car began driving towards the hospital when they noticed Officer Jacqueline White. The family stopped and handed White the baby. The officer determinedly performed CPR and chest compressions until the child began breathing again.
