Teaching Practice to real learners of English is an essential part of ANY TEFL Program. Once you get in front of real students most of the teaching “theory” and “methods” go right out the window. So we start our students doing Peer-2-Peer teaching and observation their first week. Then we go to real schools to team teach and sole teach, real learners of English as a second language so that you can create your own style of teaching under the guidance of our Instructors. Training programs are all Inclusive, which allow you to both enjoy your time during the course and get a solid training program to give you the confidence to teach anyway at any time. After the TEFL course in Thailand you will be given a guaranteed job in Thailand or placement assistance in China.
