A Delhi court today (December 21) ordered framing of charges against sacked CWG Chief Suresh Kalmadi and others in the CWG scam case. The court ordered framing of charges against Kalmadi for the offences of cheating, forgery, and criminal conspiracy. The court has fixed January 10 for as the date for formally framing charges against all the accused in the case.
