Facebook themselves have said it is a "tremendous opportunity to connect businesses with new customers for it goes past just showing what your buddies have looked at and now offers the opportunity for ratings, recommendations and allowing customers to search by business/industry sector along with sub categories providing niche market companies with greater publicity.
