SP member Yashvir Singh snatched quota bill from Minister V Narayanasamy in Lok Sabha while he was addressing the House on Wednesday (December 19), following which the House adjourned for the day. Congress chief Sonia Gandhi tried to retrieve quota bill from the SP member, who passed it onto another member Neeraj Shekhar. Shekar then tears the Constitution (117th Amendment)Bill which led to a minor scuffle between Congress, SP members.
