A brutal gang-rape of a 23 year old has sent the police running for cover even as an outraged nation which has time and again been subjected to the frail side of law, demands answers. From students protesting outside college campuses to the lawmakers raising the issue in Parliament, the issue has brought to the fore the need to enact stronger laws to prevent such heinous crimes.
