US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has suffered a concussion after collapsing due to dehydration.
She came down with a stomach virus last weekend forcing her to cancel a trip to the Middle East and North Africa.
Her condition has now forced her to postpone giving evidence to a congressional hearing on the recent attack on the US embassy in Libya.
