Grieving relatives of Jacintha Saldanha gather for a mass of remembrance at London's Westminster Cathedral on Saturday.
Prayers were offered for the 46-year-old nurse who apparently killed herself - after she took a prank call by two Australian radio DJ's at the hospital where the Duchess of Cambridge was being treated.
Ben Barboza said his wife's death was an "unprecedented tragedy."

Saldanha, a mother of two, will be buried on Monday in southern India - where she was born.
