A curious twist on an old favourite…
INGREDIENTS:
2½ Ounces Hendrick’s Gin
½ oz Dry vermouth
Cucumber slices
Garnish with a cucumber wheel
Method:
Muddle cucumber in bottom of mixing beaker, Add the rest of the ingredients and fill with ice. Stir until very cold and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a cucmber wheel.
