What does a lower commision rate means to Realtors?

In the Real Estate industry, as we all know that the new trends are emerging, and there is a huge number of acceptance is here from the public as well. Now the role of a REALTOR® is obviously been decreasing from both sides but it doesn’t mean that he can’t negotiate a higher sale price for the seller.

Lower commissioning is only to facilitate the buyers and the sellers exclusively and if the seller demanding higher prices then against the same low commission rule he is justified in doing this. Its is the mater of fact that this low commissioning up to some extent is not in the favor of REALTORS® but only for the consumers but against the same services. Now a seller can sell his asset by his own so as a buyer can buy as well, and I personally think that it is in the good favor of the health of the industry.
