A nurse who fell victim to a prank call about the Duchess of Cambridge has been found dead.
Police are treating the case as unexplained.
On Wednesday Jacintha Saldanha was looking after Prince William's wife Kate - who was suffering from morning sickness - when two Australian DJs called the hospital impersonating The Queen and Prince Charles.
