Napoleon letter breaks auction estimates

A letter written in 1812 by Napoleon Bonaparte in which he vows to blow up the Kremlin has been sold at auction for 187,000 euros.
Written in code at the time of his invasion of Russia it provides an insight into the French Emperor's mind-set as his campaign began to unravel. It was bought by the Museum of Letters and Manuscripts in Paris.
