Colonel Prof Dr N N Murthy, Internationally reputed Quality, Environment, HRD Expert, Scholar, Poet, Limca Record Holder, was one of the Guest at P V Narasimha Rao 90 Birthday Celebrations on June 28, 2010 at Hyderabad, India. This programme was organised by Government of Andhra Pradesh.
