Denial of abortion to Irish woman is a fundamental rights violation
The decison to put the life of the fetus over the health of the Irish
Ms Halappanavar constitutes a violation of fundamental rights, in
particular to the right to life. Fundamental rights are universal and
enshrined in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union,
