As the old saying goes: ‘the older you get, the wiser you become’. Anna Eriksson, from Eastern Sweden must be very wise, as she has made it to the ripe old age of 105.
She lives in a nursing home and recently had quite a surprise when she opened her mail and discovered a letter from a preschool. The school had informed her that there was a seat reserved for her in a class full of six year olds.
Apparently it was a big mix-up that occurred when the population registry sent the school a list of household addresses that contained children born in 2007. Anna was born in 07…. but that would be 1907.
According to a school official, Anna and her daughter found the letter quite humorous. Some elderly folks will go back to school, however it’s usually a higher level than preschool.
