18 year old Shiv Bhargava has been battling for life in the intensive care unit for the last 7 days. He sustained severe injuries after his car crashed into a truck on Nov 12. The driver, an underage boy, fled with his father minutes after the accident. Shiv's family is now contemplating civil action against the father of the underage driver.
