Despite a 20+ year history of crimes at Westwater Views condominiums in Richmond BC, their Strata Council still hasn't put any video security cameras in place. On top of that, the woman in charge of garage gate security, Bonnie White, perpetrated a deceitful hoax to have automatic cameras removed from entrances to Westwater Views parkade and exit 8, which was used repeatedly by criminals. There were no known break-ins when the automatic cameras were in place. After Bonnie created a hoax to scare people into pulling down the cameras, there were 4 or more incidents of concern in the next 10 days. Can you believe that the Strata Council at Westwater Views still have this Bonnie in charge of their garage security? Worse, someone turned the water on one of the outside unit's tap, and flooded the interior in one of the condos. That was the same day that a condo resident was threatened by a man on a bike (yes, a police report was lodged.) There are relatively many things stolen at Westwater Views, including bikes, scooters, tools, camping gear. an entire car, and even a set of wheels that were on a truck.
