A diplomatic tussle in the offing as the South China sea territorial dispute is set to take centrestage at the 10th Asean Summit in Cambodia. All eyes will be trained on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, when he meets the Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao today (November 19) and tackle the issue.
