Just two weeks after Hurricane Sandy, Haiti is again beset by torrential rains, landslides and rising waters.
Flooding has claimed dozens of lives in recent weeks in one of the world's poorest countries.
As rivers overflow and farmland is submerged, rural residents seek shelter in Haiti's second largest city, Cap-Hatien.
But aid workers say they are desperately short of food and supplies.
(SOUNDBITE) (Creole) HEAD SCOUT MARIE JOCELYNE JACQUES SAYING:
"We have handicapped people here, babies even women that gave birth here last night. That means we don't have anything for them."
Heavy rains have damaged crops and infrastructure and are a major threat to the nation still recovering from a major earthquake in 2010.
