Al Qarra - Dealing with insecurity, it’s a challenge for the Libyan authorities. The attack against the American consulate in Benghazi on 11th September and the death of Ambassador Christopher Stevens, prompted worry by Western powers. Tripoli must now reassure the so-called international community, notably Washington, which sees the events of the 11th September as a terrorist attack.
