Franz Peter Schubert (1797 1828) Austrian composer, one of the greatest representatives of the Viennese classical musical school. Also, he is one of the founders of the Romanticism in music. Shubert left a huge creative legacy, which includes 16 operas, 22 piano sonatas, 9 overtures, 22 quartets, 9 symphonies and more than 600 songs. However, during his lifetime, none of his compositions were performed.
