While America reels under the impact of Superstorm Sandy, India braces itself for Cyclone Nilam. Nilam is expected to make landfall by 5pm this evening between Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. Low lying areas in Chennai, Kanchipuram and Tiruvallur in Tamil Nadu and Nellore district in Andhra Pradesh are likely to be inundated.
