Homeowner Finds Burglar Standing in Backyard Drinking Beer

A homeowner comes home to find items missing and a burglar in his backyard, drinking a beer.

One would think that a criminal would abruptly leave a residence following a burglary.

But some prowlers do things a little differently. According to Clarkesville Police, a male resident came home and realized that someone had gone through his house and that several items were missing on October 19th.

The victim then found a man named Kylan Brock in his backyard drinking beer and he admitted to being in the home.

The homeowner knew Brock, but had not given him permission to enter the house so he called police.

The suspect took off on foot, but police soon found him and arrested him. Brock had several items belonging to the homeowner in his possession and he had also left his identification at the house.

Earlier this year, another man bungled a burglary. 38-year old Thomas Molina was arrested and charged after he was caught breaking into Central New Mexico Community College. He was caught in the window coverings while trying to escape.

As per the police reports, Molina was going after computer hardware. When the cops got to the scene, he attempted to run away but 'got caught in the blinds'.
