Prosecutors decided there was not enough evidence to get a conviction.
Adele has given birth to a baby boy, according to various media reports. There had been some speculation over the summer that the singer would give birth in September. She has remained relatively low key since announcing her pregnancy earlier this year.
Finally, Russell Means, the actor who played a leading role in The Last of the Mohicans, has died at the age of 72. Means played the father of Daniel Day Lewis' character Hawkeye in the 1992 film. Means was also a former American Indian Movement activist. He had been suffering from throat cancer.
