It took six decades to complete, but New York City has a new park dedicated to Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Â The "Four Freedoms Park," commemorates FDR's four freedoms that he articulated in a speech shortly before the U.S. entered Word War II. The memorial is located on Roosevelt Island in direct view of another phrase coined by FDR, the United Nations. Tim Minton has more.
