MQM wants to bring a revolution of poor-and-middle class leadership in Pakistan: Altaf Hussain

The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has said that the MQM wants to the bring the revolution of poor-and-middle class leadership in the country in order to weed out corruption, nepotism, bribery and to establish a system based on justice and equality. He said this while talking on the telephone to the people in the Lahore zone office, who have recently joined the MQM.
Mr Hussain that Pakistan was passing through a critical phase, and the security and integrity of the country was threatened. He said that the MQM was trying to save Pakistan in these difficult times where a group was trying to disintegrate Pakistan.
Praying for the speedy recovery and well-being of Malala Yousufzai, Mr Hussain said that she had talked about promoting knowledge according to the injunctions of the Holy Quran and the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
People who have joined the MQM said that they were becoming members of the MQM after being inspired by the philosophy of Mr Hussain and his unshaken resolve to support the weak and the poor.
Those who have joined the MQM include General Ghulam Rasool’s daughter Nazia Imam, former additional commissioner Muhammad Saleem Khan, former UC Nazim Muhammad Rasheed Kamboh Advocate, vice president of the traders’ association of Lahore Arshad Bhatti, Rao Muhammad Aslam, and many others belonging to different spheres of life.
Office-bearers of the MQM Lahore zone were also present on the occasion.
