The site's owner, Morten Fabricius, has had enough of well-endowed men hogging the spotlight. He's hoping that he can counteract this obsession and encourage men to "[show] themselves as they are."
It's pretty easy to enter. All you need to do is take a picture of your erect penis with a measuring tape next to it and send it to the lucky people at this site before Jan. 31, 2012. Oh, and you have to be in Denmark.
The person with the smallest member will be the lucky winner of a brand new iPhone 5, while the second and third place winners get an iPad 3. So far, the contest has only had six or seven entries, which are currently being vetted for accuracy.
