Spring Water or Tea
Marine Phytoplankton (1 drop to start)
Small Handful of Goji Berries
Coconut Meat
Hemp Seeds
Spirulina
Bee Pollen
Maca Powder
Krill Oil
Sea Vegetable Powder (ex. dulce)
To make it creamier and yummier for my children, I modify the recipe above and serve it (almost every day) this way:
2 Cups Almond Milk (this replaces the water/tea)
1 Frozen Banana (makes it colder and thicker)
1 Large Heaping of Raw Cacao Powder
A Large Spoon of Almond Butter
Replace the Krill Oil with Coconut Oil
Blend.
