Lindsay Lohan was caught in the middle of another dispute on Wednesday (October 10). Police were called to the actress' childhood home for a domestic dispute - allegedly between Lohan and her mother, Dina. The duo went clubbing in New York City on Tuesday (October 09) night, leaving around 4 a.m. They reportedly started arguing in the car and it escalated when they got home. Police took a domestic incident report but no arrests were made.

Pussy Riot member Yekaterina Samutsevich walked out of a Moscow courthouse on Wednesday (October 10) a free woman, after judges decided to suspend her her two-year sentence for hooliganism. The singer was surrounded by a mob of journalists and supporters as she departed. As for the other two jailed members, more appeals are in the works.

Finally, Beyonce has dropped out of Clint Eastwood's re-make of "A Star Is Born." The singer that she will no longer play the lead in the legendary role popularized by Barbra Streisand. Beyonce said her schedule did not permit her time for the film, but said she hopes to get to work with Eastwood in the future.
