Georgia seeks closer ties with Abkhazia

Georgia's newly elected government says it wants to build closer ties with the country's lost territory - the breakaway republic of Abkhazia.

But the Abkhazian government's political and economic dependence on Russia, which has soured relations with Georgia, has proven to be a major setback.
