While the overall jobs picture is better than it was in 2009 at the height of the recession, small business hiring is still struggling to find solid footing in the recovery. That’s the takeaway from the latest NFIB Small Business Economic Trends Survey. Holly Wade, senior policy analyst for the NFIB Research Foundation, outlined the survey results in Small Business Jobs Report, a new monthly video series. “More employers are reducing employees instead of adding to their workforce,” Wade said.
