Bonnie fails to produce alleged bylaw restricting video cameras

At the Sept 26 2012 Bonnie was challenged to produce the bylaw which she claimed exists and she claimed was breached by the cameras surrounding Westwater Views strata, a site that has chronic parking garage break ins. Bonnie did not produce the alleged bylaw. City of Richmond bylaw officer Colin Noseworthy and his supervisor stated that the City has no bylaw on video cameras. (Recorded on a video clip) Thanks to Iny for suggesting that someone ask the City's bylaw office. It now appears that Bonnie concocted a hoax and arguably bullied Westwater Views prez Wes and Susan into having the cameras taken down. This Bonnie is also in charge of the garage gate maintenance liason and issuance of garage gate clicker fobs. Studies show that crimes have an impact on property values. Harry Hamlyn's electric scooter theft story appeared in the Richmond News naming the Westwater Views strata as a site of chronic crimes.
