Steak & Chimichurri!! a match made in heaven:
For the Chimichurri:
1 -1½ cups cilantro or flat leaf parsley
1Tbsp fresh oregano, or 1tsp dry
2 cloves garlic
⅓ cup olive oil
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar (optional)
1+ tsp fresh lime juice (optional)
Steak:
4 - 1½ " Thick Steaks
(we did boneless Rib Steaks, Tenderloin is great)
4 Tbsp crushed black peppercorns
Kosher or coarse salt to taste
1Tbsp oil
