Moving from Toronto to New York is stressful enough in itself (packing, UHaul, border), and finding a good new place to settle might have become another huge headache. Fortunately, after a few hours of internet search, one of the first numbers I dialed was Rapid Realty South Beach Staten Island. Agent Patrick Campbell, friendly and helpful, was able to find 5 different options to check in the area, and then literally spent the whole day visiting these places with me. With his help I was able to find a great and reasonably priced apartment that same day. And broker Sherita Delgado then arranged to sign the lease with the Landlord on Saturday morning (!).
