Montreal Mayor Gerald Tremblay is celebrating 10 years in office this week, but despite the resolve and verve he displayed as he counted off past accomplishments and his coming priorities to members of The Gazette's editorial board at Montreal city hall on Monday, he says he still hasn't decided whether he'll run for a fourth term in 2013.
